Our rooms have been awarded 4 stars by the "AA" award scheme. These beautifully furnished double en suite rooms contain a king size bed, tea and coffee making facilities, television, radio, hairdryer, complimentary shower products and wi-fi access. We have 3 double rooms available in total. A separate lounge is available for our guest to use. All rooms are available on a bed and breakfast basis. Lunch and dinner are of course available in our restaurant, bar or garden. Our rooms are all situated on the first floor and access is only available by stairs. We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets in our bedrooms but they are welcome in the bar and gardens providing they are on a lead.

The room rate is inclusive of a Full Cornish Cooked Breakfast, with Fruit Juice, Cereal, Toast and Preserves, or a lighter option if preferred. (You can view our full breakfast menu HERE!)

£95.00 per night based on one double room

£90.00 per night based on one double room for 4 nights or more

£85.00 per night based on one double room for 7 nights or more

We regret that we are unable to take bookings for less than 2 nights

(excluding Christmas and New Year when a higher room rate will apply)

We reserve the right to change the tariff without notice – 50% deposit is payable on booking but will be fully refunded if booking is cancelled within 6 weeks of arrival. We regret that thereafter there is no refund of deposit.
